Certainly! We're equipped to handle your company's end-of-year gathering. We'll take care of all the complexities involved in group booking from start to finish. Please note that this support is available exclusively as an additional service.

What level of assistance is provided with each plan?

All plans provide access to the full support team at HMP Travel, available 24/7 via various channels (phone, email, chat, and video call). With the Enterprise plan, your company is assigned an expert assistant for personalized assistance with specialized queries.

Can I switch plans at any time?

You have the flexibility to switch plans whenever necessary with HMP Travel. Access your desired plan directly or contact our team for assistance. However, please provide at least 30 days' notice.

Can I cancel my subscription to HMP Travel at any time?

Travel plan subscribers can opt out at any time without incurring additional charges. However, for Premium, Business, and Enterprise plans, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice for cancellation.
